I have to say that when that rare occasion comes along and there is nothing around but Macca's, you sort of have to give in. The benefit is that you really appreciate the next fresh wholesome meal. Love the illustration.
xaxaxaxaxaaa... that's funny! I broke my vow not to eat from fast food chains 5 years ago :-P With McD and KFC,etc but I was hungry, really hungry and there's no other food service available at 7 am in morning! There was no meal served before the event started - my friends and I joined a round the island charity tour with our minis... ;-) So, the only food available was McD... it's a 24/7 service and right in front of us. I rushed in to get a large fries, popped a frite into my mouth... and nearly threw up. The taste just awful and kinda left a layer of oil on my tongue! Maybe I ate too much frites in Belgium that this McD version no longer accepted by my tongue and stomach. I had to spit it out and chucked the rest into the bin! The taste lingered on until lunch time where I had a nice indian banana leaf rice with hot milk tea and yogurt drink... yummy...

haha - hilarious. reminds me of the "corporate whore that i am" comment on the picture of you holding the coca-cola lunchbox. love it.
And I drank at Starbucks...What's worse?
I like your blog! I also write a blog on food: http://awilliamsfood.blogspot.com. My newest post happens to be on Greece--I just went on a trip there.

England needs a Goody's! Please write to them and suggest opening a branch in Colchester to keep all the Greek students at Essex Uni happy
